Strategic Plan - Wenatchee Valley Fire Department

In 2024, the Wenatchee Valley Fire Department created a Strategic Plan to set priorities and focus energy and resources to ensure that all organizational members are working toward common goals.

The Strategic Plan establishes agreement around intended outcomes/results. It also assesses and adjusts the organization's direction in response to a changing environment and the community's needs.
