Electronic Records Archiving Services
Request For Proposals (RFP)
Wenatchee Valley Fire Department is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide electronic records archiving and records management services. Archiving services to include email communications, cell phone messages, and social media.
One or more firms may be selected for an interview and negotiation of a professional service agreement based on relevant experience demonstrated on previous projects, performance, price, and expressed understanding or interest in the project.

Wenatchee Valley Fire Department maintains a Small Works Roster and Vendor List which are used to request quotes for goods and services required by the department. Local vendors and contractors are encouraged to submit applications.
Small Works - In accordance with RCW 39.04.155, Wenatchee Valley Fire Department does hereby solicit applications from contractors desiring to be placed on the Department’s Small Works Roster. Applicants must be licensed contractors in the State of Washington. Contractors whose names appear on the Small Works Roster may be contacted from time to time to submit proposals for contracts in amounts less than $350,000 pursuant to RCW 52.14.110.
Vendors - In accordance with RCW 39.04.190, Wenatchee Valley Fire Department, does hereby solicit vendors desiring to be placed on the Department's Vendor List. Vendors on the list may be contacted from time to time to submit proposals for purchases in amounts up to $50,000 pursuant to RCW 52.14.110.
