Wenatchee Valley Fire Department is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician. This position
plays a vital role in maintaining the facilities, grounds, and building systems that support
emergency response operations throughout the Regional Fire Authority. Working under
the direction of the Deputy Chief of Logistics, the Facilities Maintenance Technician performs
preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance while helping preserve the Department's
investment in its facilities and ensuring stations remain safe, functional, and mission ready.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; supplemented by five (5) years previous experience and/or
training involving grounds maintenance, road maintenance, water utilities maintenance,
general building maintenance, equipment operation, and/or maintenance work in area
of assignment; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which
provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License with appropriate endorsement(s).
Compensation and Benefits
Starting Salary: $82,800 - 96,633 DOE/DOQ
