Summer Staff - Position Announcement

Chelan County Fire District 1 is accepting letters of interest for seasonal staff to assist with Fire Adapted Community activities. This position will be filled through an interview process established by the Fire District.

• Wage: $28.73 per hour, healthcare benefits not included.

• Job Type: Temporary position for up to six months; tentative start day June 1, 2019

• Schedule: The position is 40 hours per week, including weekend rotations.

Description: Following the guidance of the National Cohesive Wildland Fire Management Strategy, perform a variety of wildfire specific activities that assist our community to prepare, respond, and recover from future wildfire events.
