NFPA Safety Bulletin 2/4: Cooking Safety

Thanksgiving is behind us and we made it through the first holiday meal without a turkey fryer fire. At least our staff did not respond to one this year but we've all seen the videos of a frozen butterball dropped into a couple gallons of searing hot oil. Isn't the internet a marvelous invention? After you've satiated your disaster video intrest, (in case you have never seen a turkey fryer fire) look over these cooking safety tips below.
