RiverCom 911 Funding Measure on February 2026 Ballot Reliable communication is the backbone of every emergency response—it all starts with 911. When someone calls, RiverCom’s dispatchers are the first to answer and the vital link in getting help where it’s needed. The RiverCom 911 Administrative Board has approved a resolution placing a funding measure on the February 10, 2026 ballot in Chelan and Douglas counties. If approved, the measure would authorize a 911 sales tax incr
